SNP Outboard™ Datafridge is a solution for decommissioning SAP systems. You can extract data from legacy SAP systems and load it into SNP Outboard™ Datafridge before switching off and decommissioning these systems, therefore reducing the TCO (total cost of ownership) of legacy data that still needs to be kept for legal reasons.
The solution has several modules and comes with additional functions for retention management, data purging, legal hold, WORM storage (write once read many) and data consumption through SAP NetWeaver. It is also possible to use third-party tools for custom data consumption.
